The surname database is protected by copyright. Each license is bound to a specific domain. Providing an email address is optional and used only for license management or recovery. Usage is allowed exclusively on the registered domain. Redistribution, duplication, or use on other domains is prohibited. Violations result in automatic license suspension.
The license key and – if provided – the email address are used solely for verification and license management. No data is shared with third parties. The license server regularly validates that the domain and license key match.
No personal data is permanently stored. License data (domain, optional email, expiration date, license status) is transmitted securely and used exclusively for license verification. Processing is GDPR-compliant and hosted within the EU.
Licenses automatically expire on the specified date. Renewal or reactivation can be requested anytime through support.
If license files are manipulated, used on unauthorized domains, or activated multiple times, the license will be automatically suspended. The owner will be notified by email if one is provided.
